The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Havant u3a will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday the 17th September 2026 at Bedhampton Community Centre. All members are encouraged to read the following seven documents prior to attendance (to read click on each one in turn):

MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT
- Abide by the Principles of the u3a movement (see important information below).
- Always act in the best interests of Havant u3a and never do anything to bring the u3a into disrepute.
- Abide by the terms and conditions of the constitution.
- Treat fellow members with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Comply with and support the decisions of the elected committee.
- Advise the committee of any change in your personal details.
- All communications will be via the email address provided.
