Volunteers Tea Party held at Blooms, Emsworth on the 17th June 2025, photographs taken by Pauline Mallard

The purpose of this Group is:
- To help and encourage each other to be the best we can.
- To hope that some will take it further, learn more about photography and how to get the best out of their camera.
- To encourage those who already have some expertise in this area to share it with the Group.
The Photography Group usually meets once a month, on a Friday, at 2.00pm, to visit local places of interest. The date and location of the meeting are discussed and agreed within the Group at the previous meeting, then communicated to all Group members by email and WhatsApp.
We spend about an hour taking our shots and then we normally stop at a tea or coffee shop to discuss the photos taken that day or alternatively we meet at a member’s home to discuss the pictures we’ve taken previously and to discuss photography in its many forms.
None of us are experts, but we all have an interest in photography. We appreciate that it can take many years to become a good Photographer but there is no reason why we can’t enjoy a pleasant walk with friends and of course our cameras.
Any camera that takes digital pictures which can be displayed on a TV or computer screen will be OK.
We will be happy to teach you how to transfer your photos to your TV or computer screen so the whole group can enjoy all your photos.
