This is a friendly supportive group. Come and find out how to collect eaves-droppings and observations for your notebook to use as seeds for writing. We will read short stories and prose fiction and non fiction by established writers or find a letter/diary to stimulate ideas. We will create a characters, describe important places or use a photographs to inspire our narratives. We will also tap into memory and imagination. Bring copies of your work to share with group members for comments. Once a month Denise will ask one person to bring a short review (150 words) of a book they have enjoyed. We will also look closely at the work of one person in order to our develop workshop skills.
