Pilates is a type of mind/body exercise developed in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates a physical instructor. It focuses on controlled breathing and low impact muscle engagement to improve core strength and body alignment.
The benefits are improved balance and posture, enhanced muscle tone and flexibility and improved mental wellbeing.
Classes are weekly:
